Crops Online As A Service
Crops Online is modular, so that only that which is actually in use have to be paid.

This price includes two users and two production locations. This price is for a maximum database size of 250 Mb and a maximum of 10 Datebase Transactie Unites (DTÚ) and without geographical distribution of databases. |
| Import / Export | € 30,- | Importen & Exporteren van productiegegevens van en naar verschillende ERP system overgezet worden. This module cannot be used without Crops Online Basic. |
| Productierisico’s | € 20,- | Registration of an unlimited number of risks regarding germ, disease, generic purity and seed purity risks per crop. It is also possible to store photos with the cultivation. This module cannot be used without Crops Online Basic. |
| Excel Reporting | € 40,- | Dump different information areas to Excel, which makes it possible to make detailed reports. This module cannot be used without Crops Online Basic. |
| Power BI | € 40,- | Analyse the crop and field data with Microsoft Power BI. This module cannot be used without Crops Online Basic and is exclusive the license fee of Microsoft Power BI. |

| Registratie App | € 60,- | In areas where no Internet is available, you can enter field checks on an Android device via the Crops Online Registration App. Using the Crops Online Registration App costs only € 57,50 per month per user. This includes access to the Web application. |

| One-time activation costs | € 150,- | When you start using Crops Online, ou pay a one time activation fee to set up the company data. |
| Support Agreement | € 55,- | It is possible to conclude an extra support agreement, with which two registered persons can always submit support requests without being charged extra. If you do not conclude a support agreement, but approach our support department, you will be charged € 25 per support request. |
| Crops Online Lite | € 160,- | For the smaller companies we have Crops Online Lite. This version is for one user, one production location and a maximum of 50 crops. Crops Online Lite is including the modules Crops Online Field Checks and Excel Reporting. Crops Online Lite runs on a basis server configuration with a maximum database size of 2 Gb. |
Scaling performance and database size
The system performance depends on the number of database transactie units (DTU). The Crops Online Basic Module contains maximum 10 DTU.
The Crops Online Basic Module contains a maximum database size of 250 GB.
In case when more DTU and / or database size is wanted, the extra price per month wil be as follows:

All prices are per month and excluding VAT. These prices relate to 2019. Van Ruijven IT Applications B.V. reserves the right to change modules and prices.

In case geografical replication is wanted, we will create a separate quation.
