Set up incident management at customer

We are going to set up the incident management process for one of our customers. We have prepared a COBIT Maturity matrix for this, from which the points for improvement come. 

We expect to reach maturity level 4 for a number of elements within 12 weeks.

Van Ruijven IT fulfills the service manager role at this customer.
